cheap birthing ball?

i have seen them cheap somewhere recently as a pilates ball or something

ANyone seen them? My friend needs one to help to turn her breech baby...

I got one from a sportswear shop. I can't remember what the name was - something like JBL Sports - does that sound likely? It was about a fiver iirc
