I have a Quinny Zapp and have been really pleased with it. However, on Saturday, it decided not to fold down and then DH managed to fold it but now I can't open it. Anyone who has this, can you tell me if this is fixable? The two buttons on the side, one of them is jammed and it just won't budge!! Help? Making do with my Mothercare buggy which is fine for now, but prefer my Zapp.

my zapp has never done this. Have you tried spraying WD40 on it?

(on the jammed button, not all over the pushchair)

failing that... how old is it? could you take it back to where you bought it from and get them to replace it?

Yes it's just the jammed button that's the problem. I bought the buggy from internet and it is past the one year guarantee. What's WD40?

WD40 is lubricant spray (blokey stuff) you could drip some baby oil or cooking oil over the button and see if that works.
