What do you do if ouve ordered something, not arrived and now no contact?

Am shit at ordering off the internet at the best of times. But ordered shoes a couple of weeks ago and they came within 2 days.
Ordered some last week for holidays (this weekend) which have still not arrived.

Have sent 2 emails to company and asked for the position and that even if they dont have them could they send another colour but no reply, phone line is continually engaged

so where do I go from here?

Write them a letter and send it 'Signed for' so they can't claim they haven't got it.

if it's Two Left Feet, write to Watchdog .

No its fatshoes. Have managed to get through to them now and they promise were dispatched at 11.23am yesterday.

Hopefully they arrive tomorrow or 'Jackie' gets it

not personally, but they've treated a lot of MNers very shabbily and been on Watchdog more than once...
