anyone ever returned a boden item after 3 months because it is faulty?

ds' swim shorts -the hem has come undone despite the fact he's only worn them 2/3 times.
I know I could sew them up but wondered if I could wangle a new pair out of them.

just sew them!!!! Going to al the time and effort to get a new pair!?

Just think of all the waste.

yes agree with ernest - you probably could get a new pair but what a waste! just sew them.
