Dumb question about returning a defective phone?

Ok, I bought a phone from Amazon(.co.uk). It's a Nokia. It appears to be a lemon. It's refusing to charge now, and it acts up a fair bit, anyway (turns itself off, etc).

Do I talk to Amazon? Or Nokia?
