phil and teds question - steps

can the phil and teds be pulled up steps whilst the new born is in the cradle at the bottom, i have 15 steps up a steep hill to my house, will the new born be safe in the bottom? i think i may be best taking him or her out first!

I have gone up a couple of steps at a time and over some tall kerbs and had no probs

Yes, but it is a very heavy pram. Worth bearing that in mind too.

Well heavy it may be, but certainly no heavier than any other double buggy with 2 kids in (especially those tandem ones). At least the air filled tyres give you a sporting chance
