Bought a new laptop from them recently, partly because dh had read rave reviews of their after sales service. It took 5 weeks to come, rather than the 10 days they promised, and one of the keys doesn't work. I phoned them today to sort it out and spoke to the rudest man I've ever encountered. He made out it was all my fault and I was inconveniencing them hugely. Sounds really stupid I know, but I was shaking and in tears by the time I came off the phone.
Won't bore you all with the details just wanted to rant, and was curious if anyone else had had the same experience.
