infinity if you lay the seat back- but it ends up very chunky! or graco liberty elite, again very chunky but it is possible!

Loola folds the smallest
I've had an Infinity and a Graco Liberty Elite (sold Infinity and other one still up in loft wanting a nice home....). Both the infinity and graco don't fold small and are very very chunky unless you take the seat units off.

Infinity - they don't recommend you fold with the seat in the rear position unless you have a very very big car!

I had the bebe confort chassis with the opera seat, but although its rear facing and can fold either rear or forward facing its very heavy and very bulky, I had an awful struggle trying to find a light weight rear facing buggy that folds small!!

loola? def folds with seat attached facing either way, though basket is next to useless. have a look at www.kiddicare.com they have demo videos of the pushchairs.

just noticed sarahlou recommending loola too, missed that first time round

daisybo · 22/05/2007 21:34

loola - ok how the chuff do you fold the darn thing with the seat rearward facing cos you can't actually reach the handle thingy that you pull up...neither me nor mothercare staff could work this out!!!

bristols · 22/05/2007 21:37

You lift it up with the top of your foot iykwim. You only use the handle bit if it's forward facing. It's in the instructions. The Mothercare staff ought to be a bit better than that!! Doesn't inspire confidence, eh?

MrsNorris · 22/05/2007 21:50

I was shown the loola by a lady at the babyshow from kiddisave and it folded easily either way. can't remember doing it a 'different' way though, maybe it was because the seat was reclined in rear facing mode, so easier to get to handle iykwim

daisybo · 22/05/2007 21:59

oh thanks, maybe i will go buy one after all then am sick of taking the seat on and off my quinny buzz....

sarahlou1uk · 23/05/2007 16:38

Agree with Bristols re folding Loola up when in rearward facing - just put your foot under the grey part and lift up!

tinkerbellie · 23/05/2007 17:43

have you looked at the mamas and papas scoot, we had a look at them and they aren't massive when folded (obv still bigger than the loola) but is a pramette has big basket and looks a little like a bugaboo (with the big wheels etc)

but don;t buy direct from m and p their returns policy is rubbish
