Satan's congealed semen.
Steer clear.

DimpledThighs · 20/05/2007 17:55

lol moondog (again!)

Trinityrhino · 20/05/2007 17:55

i totally read that as 'santa's'

JackieNo · 20/05/2007 17:56

Trinityrhino - not sure why, but 'Santa's' makes me go eeuuww much more than 'Satan's'.

FrannyandZooey · 20/05/2007 17:57

It's a pasta maker isn't it? I have often thought the idea of a pasta maker is fab, but then remembered that pasta is my standby "fast meal" so I would hardly want to be faffing around making pasta by hand. Do you do a lot of fiddly type cooking?

softmusk · 20/05/2007 19:44

it a plastic pot u put pasta in it and boiling water and it meant to just cook it in about 7 mins and they say u can cook veg in it as well

FrannyandZooey · 20/05/2007 19:45

So what is the advantage? That you can cook pasta in it in 7 mins instead of, erm, about 12 minutes?

IntergalacticWalrus · 20/05/2007 19:49

Buy quick cook spagetti. That's done in 3.

(DP always over cooks it though, the nobbo)

Skribble · 20/05/2007 21:29

Do you mean This , whats the point. You would have to have a very tall pan to put the spagetti one in.

IntergalacticWalrus · 20/05/2007 21:31

Don't do it!!!

You will use it once, realise it's a load of shite and then it will take up space in your cupboard for the rest of eternity.

Ellbell · 20/05/2007 21:33

Don't buy quick cook spaghetti either. It's disgusting! 10 mins is not a long time! Boil water, wait 10 mins, eat pasta....

PMSL @ moondog (and esp. at Santa's congealed semen... ewwwww!)

Skribble · 20/05/2007 21:33

Ok I see you don't put it in a pan you put boiling water in it. Unless you are short of cooking rings or can only boil a kettle I don't get it.

Ok I am starting to think it might be good for work where we only have a kettle and are always trying to think of things to cook with he aid of a kettle.

Skribble · 20/05/2007 21:39

Google around you can get it a lot cheaper than £24.99.
