Kindle

Hi can anyone help??? I've bought a kindle of eBay not realising it's locked although can still be used... I have to download a book to the laptop then transfer it to kindle anyone know of any good sites I could I use?? They don't have to be free but a monthly fee would be better. Thanks

Whoever sold you it needs to deregister the kindle from their Amazon account. Have you contacted them about it?

Apparently you can do it from the device too:

From your device:

FromHome, press theMenubutton, and then selectSettings. SelectDeregister.

Once it's deregistered you can link it to your Amazon account

It's my own fault I never read the description properly just seen a cheap kindle and bought it, I will give that a go
