Motability Replacement WAV

Hi there,

Does anyone have any experience of getting their faulty car or WAV replaced by Motability? Our WAV is 13 months old and has spent a total of, to date, 3 months off the road with similar electrical faults.

All advice greatly appreciated.

write to motability (recorded delivery) telling them you wish to reject the ca for the reasons outlined.
As long as you have given the supplying dealer a suitable chance (2 chances although 3 months alone is enough) to rectify the fault, you have the law on your side.
explain all of this in your letter.
Be firm, give them a date you will be returning the car if they do not reply.
