Mamas and Papas Luna Pushchair - Any good?

I'm thinking of buying one of these for my 5 month old dd. I'm buying it to use on holiday and for when I need to go on the bus, I currently have a silver cross 3 in 1 pushchair, and it is so heavy to lug around! Has anyone else got a luna, if so please can you tell what you think of it and is it worth buying?
Or has anyone else got any recommendations for a lightweight stroller?

Thank you!

Can't help you on the Luna, but I have a M&P Pramette and am now using it in 'pushchair' mode for my 5 month old-and I LOVE it. I can certainly recommend M&P products. Also have one of their car seats, and find that very good too.

its poo. its not lightweight, its bulky. get a citisport.

MrsBadger · 19/05/2007 17:50

or even better, a Techno

misdee · 19/05/2007 18:58

citisport is lighter

MrsBadger · 19/05/2007 19:04

Techno folds smaller

misdee · 19/05/2007 19:07

it folds narrower but the citisport folds shorter.

I have a M+P pliko thats about 4 years old now. It has been a good buy. Had it for both ds and dd. The car seat went on top etc.
For a lightweight holiday buggy we have a Mclaren triumph. Light and quick to fold etc. Has a hood and lies back.

Do any of them come in funky colours? (although my boyfriend says he refuses to push a pink pushchair!!)
