Aerobeds

Has anyone used a king-sized raised aerobed?

If so, can you please tell me honestly how comfortable they are. My sister needs something for two relatives visiting for 6 weeks from overseas. They are in their 60s and one has had back problems in the past.

Her options are to put them on an airbed, buy a cheapish sofabed to put in the nursery, or borrow one of those single beds where the trundle pulls out to form a double.

Any opinions or suggestions.

I tried a double non-raised aerobed in a shop and it felt as good as a mattress - def better than an airbed. And better than a cheap sofabed.

But they're not cheap are they? So if she isn't going to use it again, and she has the option of borrowing something instead ...
