I need to contact Decorate Your Feet about an order I placed almost 3 weeks ago which I haven't yet recieved. I placed an order the week after and I have recieved that one. the money for both have been taken from my PayPal so I assume the order went through okay.

On the website I can only find an e-mail address. Ihave emailed them on Wednesday but not heard back so e-mailed again this morning. No reply yet.

DD is a bit worried about her missing Jibbitz as she paid for them with her saved up pocket money.

So, does anyone know of an alternaive way of contacting them? i.e. a phone number!

Thanks. Just been adnd looke safer you posted. They do say they take up to 72 hours to answer e-mails, so it hasn't quite been that long. But as it is the weekend tomorrow, wonder if that will count!

It's okay them saying to contact them int he first instance by e-mail, but what it they don't then reply to that!

Hmmm. I have now emailed 3 times: Last Wednesday, last Friday and yesterday. Still no reply to any of the e-mails and still no Jibbitz. Money went out of my PayPal the day they were ordered. Now 3.5 weeks since we ordered too. The one I ordered a week later arrived within days.

Can't find a telephone number anywhere.

Do you think writing would get anywhere?
