Hi there,
Argos are still doing this are they??
We bought the exact same range when I had DD and she was 4 in March, we're still using all of it. Brilliant value in my opinion & it served us well. Replacement mattresses are also very reasonable through Argos.

thanks onefoot, yeah i think so, its on their website.

furnitures not bad but don't get the mattress from argos- a cotbed needs either a sprung mattress or a coir fibre one- the mattress is used for a long time and argos's pathetic excuse of a foam one will need replacing far too often!

Looks good, but would go for a sprung mattress, foam ones wont last long enough.

J20BABY · 17/05/2007 22:38

hmm, yeah, think i agree, dd1's mattress cost over £100 7 years ago!

anybody else got an opinion or know of a better deal?

have you tried any independant shops (actual shops not websites!) for example i have some lovely sets from o-baby that are around that price and in my opinion are much prettier and better quality, some of the stockists are shown on the website but loads of indepandants stock the o-baby range.

o-baby

Personally i would not go for the argos one because you can't feel it until its been delivered and put up, then its too late to send it back!

or buy normal furniture and just add in a co-ordinating cot, it'll work out cheaper in the long run!

Thanks nearly there, thats what i was going to do, but everything seems so expensive on its own, thats why i thought it was quite a good deal
