Anyone had a problem with the Quinny Buzz unfolding

I have a Quinny buzz but it doesn't appear to be unfolding automatically as it should. Has anyone else had this problem and do you know if it can be fixed??

We have a stupidly small boot and would have to take the wheels off. Not sure I could be bothered with the faff!

I have just bought one and I have to pull it up it won,t go up by its self, it does say in the book that if it is cold it is slow.Maybe I should contact dorel(makers) to see why it won't go up by its self.
