HELP! REMEMBER THOSE ZAPPS FOR £75 FROM BOOTS.COM? I HAD TO RETURN MINE AND NEVER GOT A REFUND

I'm livid. Dh has only just checked, despite me asking and asking
The zapp arrived and was returned on 23rd April (had a fault). We called them, and they said the recredit would be 10 days. But we've had nothing. The phone lines are closed now, and the email address they specify for return enquirires on the website/delivery note is not being recognised. I filled in the right online form, and its just being returned to me.

Please someone tell me this will all be ok in the end. I thought we were strangely shorter than usual in terms of finances, but assumed dh had made sure the refund had a rrived, as he's so careful with money as a rule.

See, told you your buggy obsession was bad for you .

Nothing helpful to suggest, except ring them tomorrow, when the lines are open again.

Too late to help you now, but wanted you to know I also looked for you

It wiil all be fine, you just need to find some patience, and then phone them every day until it is credited.

You could phone the head office number, and INSIST on speaking to somebody in charge. They won't let you, but if you create enough fuss, somebody will come along sooner or later and sort things out for you, even if it's just to shut you up.

Tell them that you are a member of an on-line community and you will be telling everyone what awful after-sales service you have had from Boots. Tell them that you have access to thousands of other mums who must surely be their main client base, and you will be advising each and every one of them not to buy from Boots until this matter is sorted.

Ok, so apparently they havent recieved the parcel back , they didnt realise their email address for returns doesnt work and they cant take a proof of posting reference number over the phone, so we have to send off a photocopy. I get the feeling this is going to be a very very long time getting sorted...

wow are they still £75? i want one!

mustrunmore · 16/05/2007 13:57

Not sure when the offer ends/ended. Have a look at bootsonline. The discount only comes up when you click on 'more details'. But I know they were out of stock very quickly!
