Think they do them at Sportsworld. [Respect for DS choice of team!!]

foxinsocks · 15/05/2007 12:19

in the gutter (snort)? we can get these done at Chelsea, in the megastore.

are you near enough Arsenal - I bet they do them in the shop?

there are other places that do this I think - I can look if you like - tis easier to get a player's name on them though.

Now now ladies! Settle! He is only 5!

Live in Budapest so wanted to do on-line and have sent to my Mums. Actually a colleague of DH's is a season ticket holder and has already bought him a shirt but I am loathe to ask him to organise as I suspect he won't take the money for it!

Has taken to supporting Chelsea if they are not playing Arsenal.

Also keen on Robbie Keane (we are Irish).

Will try Kitbag tahnks foxinsocks!

In the gutter, Fox? Thats where you'll find your FA Cup winners shirts, you wont be needing them afterall!!!
This could turn nasty, back to the OP quick! I got an England shirt printed with dd name on it at SportsWorld, so I would assume that they would do any team shirt. I've just checked Arsenal.com and they say they have run out of the lettering at the moment. I guess they are changing the style of the letters on the back of shirts for the new season.

RTKangaMummy · 15/05/2007 12:29

I know some people on here will think that I am over reacting but please don't put his first name on it

so if his name is JOHN BROWN please don't put JOHN but put BROWN

I am very uneasy when I see children with their first name on shirts or bags etc

squashy4 · 15/05/2007 12:35

i took my kids englande shirts in to jjb and they did it there and then with their first names on!

here's the Sportsworld online store. Don't know if they do it online.

Maureen - as much as I desperately want Chelsea to win on Saturday, I'm more concerned because ds (and dh) will be GUTTED if we lose! It's his first FA Cup Final and his first trip to Wembley. It's all set for a huge anticlimax!

Budababe · 15/05/2007 12:38

Will do the surname - that's how "real" footballers do it after all!

Oh bless! What a buzz, to be going to the first cup final! Make sure DH takes plenty of money, its reported that the burgers are £8.50 a shot!!

wurlywurly · 15/05/2007 13:07

here and they will ship abroad

Budababe · 15/05/2007 13:55

Thanks wurlywurly! How come I couldn't find that???

Now just need to figure out what number he would like to be! Suppose I could put his age or is that a bit naff?

foxinsocks · 15/05/2007 13:57

Buda- does he have a favourite player? normally take their number.

Maureen - I'm packing ds some food but I'm not sure he'll be allowed to take it in. I bet the security is very tight. I may end up going with him - we only managed to get 2 tickets but dh works on Saturday so if he can't get the time off, I'll be going!

beansprout · 15/05/2007 13:57

I work really near to the shop, so if you wanted to CAT me, I'd be happy to sort something out for you

Budababe · 15/05/2007 15:35

Thanks beansprout! That is very kind. If I can't manage to do an on-line order and get sent to my Mum in Dublin, I may well take you up on that. It's for his birthday which is not till August so have plenty of time - will be in Dublin in June so wanted to pick it up then.

I ordered him a scarf and a poster for him and his best pal and they never arrive - Hungarian postal system is crap.
