Anyone recieved their poncho yet?? I ordered dd 2 weeks ago and am still waiting. I rang up on Friday but the woman was really useless and said she thinks their out of stock at the moment!!!!!

Sound nice, I will pop into their shop this week as I am going to NW11 every day (woman in there is also awful). If I get any info I'll post or I'll just buy up the stock!

i ordered a sunsuit nearly 2 weeks ago and thats not appeared yet.maybe theyre going slow in this heat!
i said i wanted a poncho too (but havent ordered yet)
i started a thread this morning cause i want the pink sleepsuits set 6- 12 months as its sold out in sale(and ive got hat and bibs and 3-6 size which will hardly get worn its so hot)
you dont have these do you?

Thanks eveyone. The other stuff I ordered at the same time as the poncho came really quickly. I think within 4 days. Oh well I suppose it's just a waiting game!!!!

I ordered one for dd last week and these posts don't make me feel very hopeful. IME, jojo are CRAP on the whole delivery/customer service bit. Just a little bit of info would be good....! Dd will probably be old enough to knit one herself by the time it arrives.

Guess what ............... still waiting for my dd flaming poncho. Rang Jojo Maman on Thursday and was told they were due back in stock Friday and would be dispatched then. I'm not holding my breath though!!!!!

Try the track your order page on their website. This usually has some info on. I placed an order at the beginning of the month and the final bits have just come today. The delivery notes from the first items I had did also give dates for the back ordered stuff too (and they were accurate ) Having said all that, I have just been on line now to order some bits for dd's bedroom and it wouldn't accept my customer number at all so I ended up starting a new account with them which was a bit annoying. Also, it said everything was in stock, but track your order page says only some bits are in stock which means I will be waiting another month I suppose .
