Does anyone want to help me find a wooden playhouse for dd?

Hi. I'm after a wooden playhouse/wendyhouse for dd, she is 2yo but would also like it to be used by ds 5yo so dont want anything too small but nothing huge either, saying that with my budget i wont get anything huge. We have got about £250 can probably go to a bit more if needed.I have been looking online but there are soooo many.thanks x

We have just ordered this for our children - ds is nearly 6. John Lewis do a similar one.

We got this one from shedstore for my DD who is nearly 3

We just last week got this one Daisy Den direct from the manufacturer.
My DD is 3, we are going to paint and decorate it a bit for her. It cost £189.00 i think
