We have just bought a Kodak digital camera from them-they seem fine, good prices and camera arrived as promised. Could not find any discount codes though!

I used them about 4 years ago for a couple of digital cameras and extra bits and pieces they were very good and i would use them again HTH

I've just ordered a digital camera from them as a present for someone. The 24 hour delivery is now turning out to be 5 days. We really needed it by yesterday and now I've got to rely on other people to be here and to give the present to the family who leave the country for 3 years before I get back from Holiday. At the moment this company is not my favorite.

I have read lots of bad reviews - was about to get an ipod from there once but luckily found out in time. Customer service aftercare is supposed to be quite bad as well. I know this doesn't help, but can you get a refund before they dispatch and get the present elsewhere (seeing as its late anyway)? HTH

Ordered an olympus digital camera from them a week or so ago. It was here within 48 hours. So no complaints here. But then haven't had to use their aftersales service yet.
