Just had to share my amazement that after phoning Vax about my carpet cleaner not 'sucking up' properly, not only did they admit that the model has a design vault but they are sending me the next model up as a replacement Even better is that when we bought the cleaner it was on special offer with £60 off so I'm a very happy bunny!
