Push Messages - What are these???????

Just recvd SMS "1 new push message"

Suspect it is junk - just gives a random web address as sender. Viewing it it reads "Hi there" but not who from??

Why not send a text?

WHAT are Push messages??

Anyone know?

ignore, probably junk, dont visit web adress or reply as it will probably cost a bomb.

it's a sales message, often from your service provider, O2 send them to me all the time to advertise new things on the website
