hoses to use with an indoor tap????

I am trying to find a hose that I can use for our front garden as I am fed up of dragging heavy watering cans in and out all the time. It takes ages that way and with my dh working away right now I don't have the time every evening.

Has anyone got any good suggestions. I keep seeing great ones but then get told they won't fit an indoor tap!
We have a great one in the back garden but is so heavy.

You have to get an adaptor to fit on the tap for the hose to connect to. We used to have one when we had our first house which did not have an outside tap. I will have a surf and see what I can find.
