We have a britax safefix plus group 1 car seat, never had any problems with it apart from occasionally being a bit temperamental going in and out but usually when trying to do it in a rush and taking it out and starting again works
It's now gone so that the metal arms are slid right out and I t will clip into the isofix clips, but won't slide back fully into place when pressing the tension button, seems to be jammed somehow?
So there is a bit of a gap between the back of the seat and the car seat with it not fully back
Am hoping someone might know a trick to free it if theirs has done it???
I'm not sure if it is ok to use not completely in place?
