My daughter is six weeks old and seems to be making an awful lot of noise when taking her bottle. (Clicking/slapping noise from inside of her mouth). I am currently using Tommee Tippee anti colic bottles along with Infacol before feeds. I have read that this noise can be due to baby having to work too hard to get the milk through the teat and as her suction is very hard this can create more gas being taken down, creating more colicky/trapped wind issues, which obviously I don't want. I just wondered if anybody had move onto the next size teat before the correct age or had any experience with giving a young baby vari flow teats? The next size teats are meant for 3 months +
