E3 Raincover Help

Can any of the E3 experts out there help me please. We had our new E3 V2 delivered today and I set it up in Sibling Mode, but the raincover doesnt come all the way down to the bottom of newborn position, stops half way, i know we get the pvc to cover back area but isn't two pvc's at one time too much? When it is set up in doubles mode the raincover seems very loose around side of back seat, clips around handle bars, velcros together down seam and hooks over back of seat but down sides of seat has no protection, also does the rain not seap in through vents on seat and through gaps in pvc? Where do the elastic things clip onto? I can only think the wheels, but that wouldn't be practical. Does everyone else have an odd fitting raincover? Please help, it's driving me mad!

we have the V1 but sounds like the same problem - yeah there's an extra bit of PVC to attach when you have the cradle thing going on, but I can't remember how exactly, sorry. the elastic loops go over the ends of the attachments for the second seat in the shopping tray IYKWIM, you know the bits you slot the second seat into (if it's the same for the V2?) this pulls the cover a bit taughter and seems to stop too much getting in the sides. However if you have panniers like us and you have them filled fat, the whole thing is a bit more diffcult to do neatly. Haven't noticed any seepage through the vents/gaps otherwise. HTH
