Soft tiles in public playgrounds?

Does anyone have a clue where I could get some of the soft tiles that they put under the equipment in playgrounds? I've tried searching the internet with no success as I've no idea what they're called...

We have just put down some safty mats, got them from Quattro in Penrith, Cumbria. They do work all over UK.
