Mooncup, just got one, how long canyou keep it in?

I read in the leaflet it has to be changed 4-8 hrs, but on going thru some older threads, many women seem to leave them in much longer.
is this healthy??

Cos it says in the booklet there is always a risk of TSS, even with the mooncuP.

When I am not heavy I would keep it in all day , maybe change it ahlf way through the day. And of course all night, however long that is... Same as tampons really.

A good 10 hours at night deffo.

Every 2 hours during the worst day.
