Where does the water go, does it need to be plumbed in like a full size one or just by a sink ??

Ours is by the sink, we had to drill holes in the top of the worktop and then in the side of the cupboard and then up to the side where the plug is, which isnt ideal but we had already brought it and obviously we wanted one. Yes it does need plumbing in. Ours was great when there was 3 of us but now theres 4 of us and i childmind it's nowhere near good enough, i end up washing up and filling and emptying it all the time.

Hmmm probably won't bother then, as I'd have to get my dad over for the drilling and plumbing in, so it would basically end up sat in it's box forever more.

Thanks for explaining anyway.

Rather than start my own thread I'll resurrect this one:

Do ALL tabletop dishwashers have to be plumbed in, are there none which you can connect in some way to a sink?

Asking because rented property and landlord would NOT take kindly to holes being drilled through the worktops! He's also a plumber so might not be happy with us fiddling with the pipework under the sink even if there's room for a tabletop dishwasher under there (which I doubt there is, space looks v small)

Thanks!
