does anyone use this hammock baby bed?I bought one for my dd and have not used it.I have only put her in it a few times and she cried. It says on the instructions to persevere but I havent.I bought it cause ds was a bad sleeper but thankfully dd is the opposite and could sleep through a riot(often caused by ds!).
is it worth tring her in the amby nature nest again, are they really as good as the blurb says they are?or should I just cut my loses and sell the thing(and regain some floorspace in my bedroom!)
if you have a nature nest please tell me how youve found it, is it a good product or just a load of hype?

We have one and have loved it. But DD has never known anything else and liked it (as much as she liked anything) from day 1.

How old is your DD and where does she sleep now?

dd is three months ,I put her in the baby nest from the first or seconnd week(during the day) but she cried everytime so I stopped putting her in I think Ill give it another try (at night)
she sleeps on my bed or on my bed in a pop up moses basket. She sleeps fine in this often sleeping through till first light then waking for a feed (shes breastfed).Ulike dds who hated his moses basket and fed every few hours every night for a year!

We have one. Ds1 slept in it from newborn and loved it. He was such a good sleeper. Ds2 is also sleeping in it (7 weeks old now). He sleeps well in it at night, but not suring the day. In his case, it is just about not wanting to be away from me during the day. Reading your posting, it may be that it is not that she dislikes the hammock as such but dislikes not being in bed with you.

DD also rarely sleeps in it during the day; if she wants to go to sleep it's great, but if not, she gets sulky about it. At night she usually falls asleep as soon as her head touches the mattress, and the same if she really wants to sleep during the day, but usually during the day she'd rather be awake.
