Does anyone know if the Dr Who Cyberman voice changer helmet will fit an adult?

Any advice would be much appreciated as am thinking about getting this as a birthday present for DH who is the ultimate Dr Who geek and who likes scaring the cat and 10 week old daughter or entertaining various other children but don't want to waste my money if it is only meant for children.
Thanks
Marmitemad

PS. also wasn't sure where to post this so hope someone out there picks it up!

ROFL!

Yes, I've just asked my DH and yes it fits him fine!

DS's fits me.
It is good fun telling them to 'Clean your teeth' as a cyberman.

This is good to know. DS has a huge head. He wants one for his birthday. I was concerned it wasn't going to fit.... What does it do?

PeachesMcLean · 03/05/2007 22:39

Aaah, just read the thread title. I guess it changes your voice. In a helmet.

Do they get hours of fun from this??

DeviousDaffodil · 03/05/2007 22:40

I have a really large head too Thre are pre programmed phrases or you can talk and it synthesises your voice to sound like a cyberman.
'Eat all your peas or you will be eliminated!'

MrsSpoon · 03/05/2007 22:40

..erm, changes your voice to that of a Cyberman and has a couple of buttons that when you press them they say Cyberman things.

DeviousDaffodil · 03/05/2007 22:41

I probbly get more out of it than DS [again]. A Dr Who geek will probably have great amusement out of it.

MrsSpoon · 03/05/2007 22:41

DS1 and 2 got one to share between them and the first night they fought over who was going to have the Cyberman in their room, DS1 won. When DH and I went up at our bedtime we found the Cyberman sitting outside DS1's door it apparently had terrified the life out of him.

thanks MrsSpoon, order going through to Amazon........ (although am a bit worried about what I am subjecting my daughter to - she cries at the remote control Dalek voice although she seems to be OK with the TV ones )
