Bounty mum to be pack

Where is the best place to get the bounty mum to be pack? Can either get them from Asda, Tesco or Boots so just wondered if anybody has had one and what does it include?

I got mine from ASDA last year, because Tesco and Boots were always out of stock, and it came with a pack of 24 ASDA's Little Angels nappies, a George newborn babygrow, a full sized sun lotion and other samples such as sudocrem, Persil and Comfort, and other little bits that I can't really remember... hope that helps! Can you tell me when you get them nowadays, and what forms do you need to show? When I had mine, way back at the dawn of time, it was just from Boots and the midwife gave me a form to show. Can't remember what was in it, but I know I found everything useful and also when I got the follow up after the birth. One of my dcs is going to become a parent in the next few months and I want to let them know about this.
