Where do you buy your kids school uniforms?

Dd starts school in Sept - so many shops are stocking uniforms - where is the best? I would normally buy these sort of things in M&S but it is more expensive and I am not sure it is any better quality. Thanks!

I've only got DS1 in a uniform at the moment, but I find that shirts, it doesn't really matter, although Adams ones have a nice 'feel', as they don't get as much wear as trousers.

Jumpers, Mothercare ones were lovely, didn't bobble at all and have lasted him the whole year. He'll be able to wear them next term although they are a bit faded. I bought him one from woolies and it bobbled really quickly and has a big hole under one arm.

He got holes in the knees of all his trousers, so I'm going to give M&S a try, lots of people have told me that they are pretty robust.

We get dd's uniform from John Lewis, but we have no choice as uniforms at her school are very strict, and JL is 'official supplier'!! Quality is excellent though so most of what she had last year in reception will still do in September, unless she has grown out of it...
