was wondering if anyone had any advice??

Had my ASDA shopping order delivered this morning, i had ordered diet raspberry for myself which must of leaked in the delivery van in the tote so as i put my shopping in much porch it was everywhere all over my food all over my floor. The delivery man was so lovely and apologetic, and i told him not to worry and i would clean it up.The only problem being is that as i have gone to clean this huge mess it stained my tiles and i cant get it off it on so many of them i am so upset:( is the company insurance liable? thanks in advance mel

What sort of tiles are they? Natural stone I'm assuming?

Poor you, I would call their customer services, it would seem only fair that they pay to either clean them or replace, I guess the other option is your house insurance but that doesn't seem right but they may well be able to tell you who is liable.

Presumably tiles weren't sealed?

retirednow · 06/02/2018 16:45

Have you spoken to your insurance company, what did their customer services say

melissa120405 · 06/02/2018 17:39

Sorry they are porcelain not natural stone nothing is getting it off I think for something that was not my fault for my premium to have to go up is unfair they should have insurances themselves to cover events like this:(
