Wooden Jigsaws

Hi
My Ds2(2.4) has recently got into doing jigsaws. We have loads of paper/cardboard ones for Ds1 but they are too flimsy and hard for Ds2. We have this dora jigsaw made from wooden pieces with its own board that we spend ages doing he just loves it. As i'm 6 months pregnant we're not getting out and about much so am looking for similar jigsaws, not so much the peg ones as he likes putting pieces together. i don't have a great deal of money to spend so any recommendations would be appreciated. Really want to encourage this as we don't get much one to one time as he has been in and out hospital so much in his short live.
Thanks and sorry for the ramble

knotjustjigs do lots of lovely wooden puzzles. They are so much sturdier than cardboard ones, that they'll still be useable when your bump wants to do jigsaws!

I've bought from RLP Woodware before - they seem to have some unusual ones that are really lovely. multi-layer ones too, very unusual.

George Luck puzzles are really lovely, you can get them from various places on line, just google and you will find (sorry too late to search around now)...
