Have sent an email query to Britax regarding the suitability of Evolva 123 seat as a highback booster in a Mercedes A Class but not had a reply as yet . How long has anyone else had to wait for a response ?

i emailed them asking them for new set ofinstructions fro my britax reinaissance.

i was very impressed with their service when a set of instructions arrived in a hand adressed envelope the next day

Anyone got an email address for them please -have tried via their website , no reply thus far and address [email protected] has bounced . tia

I contacted them re their carrycots and overnight sleeping and they took a few days, but I had a reply within a week. Used the form on their website.
