am in the process of redecorating my teeny living room and we are looking at LCd Tv (before anyone jumps in, its mainly being paid for by in laws as birthday presents for myself and dh). any good deals? Doesnt have to be HD ready or anything, but dh wants 32inch as his eyesight is still pretty porr (personallyu i'd rather go smaller but he cant see well). need to have a wall bracket as this redecoration is about freeing up floor space.

No idea on deals but I would say get bracket from one of the online stores on ebay - I got the arm thing for my bedroom tv for about a quarter of the price of dixons or currys

is it a general bracket then? are they not made specially for each type of TV?

they are made as per size - so for a 32 inch tv there is a bracket that probably carries 28-36inchs - its more about weight than anything else - most tv's have 4 holes on the back, and therefore require a bracket with a square plate with 4 spaces on it. It sounds a lot more complicated than it is?

Argos have a 32inch for £349

argos, currys usually have deals - £100 odd off etc. Tesco aswell are quite good. Or even some DIY stores now stock things like this, homebase have them 10% days (can't think if I have seen TVs though, think I have)
