Anyone got one of these - what do you think of it?

I am considering hiring one for our holiday next month in Spain. We have found a nice apartment but the sun terrace is open and I don't want to spend all my time running after our ds - he will be 21 months then. The Baby Dan is supposed to be OK till age 2. He is very small - only about size of 12 month old but quite strong and likes to climb! I wondered if I used it like a large pen against the wall if he would be able to push it over?

Thanks.

we had one and kept it in the octagonal position, our 20 month old could probably push it about if it was used like a large pen against a wall unless we secured it down, hope that helps, however if it was in the position we kept it in he couldn't move it

We use ours as a fire guard right round an open wood burner in the middle of the room. It needs to be secured to something to stop it being moved but we have never had any of our three be able to push it over.

Thanks - do you need special bits for attaching it to a wall?
