7 seater cars/MPV's - please help

So we've spent the last few days out car shopping and can not decide what to get. We are currently a family of 4 (soon to be 5 when our baby arrives). Our eldest is a teenager (size of a man and has many sensory issues meaning he needs his own space) and our other Son is 4. Due to our eldest sons difficulties and with our baby due very soon we need a much bigger car. We are looking at 7 seaters and have been so dissapointed with our options. Nothing seems to tick all the boxes and it is looking likely we will settle on a VW Sharan but neither of us love it, we do agree though that it is spacious and practical.

Does anyone have any advice please or recommendations? Thank you 😊

We love our 2+3+2 Kia Sedona with slidey electric doors.

Not sure what your budget it but how about a Volkswagen Kombi or shuttle van? . Various configurations and quite expensive as they’re sought after used too. Loads of space and proper seats.

Thank you all, I think it will be between the galaxy and sharan just for practicality. Your suggestions have restored my faith in ford. Think these fit the bill for size and budget and after watching various you tube videos and reading lots of reviews it seems they will both offer the best boot space when all seats are in use. Looks like another day car shopping tomorrow - would much prefer to be shopping for

There are a few other 7-seater 4x4s out there.

This lists some of them

Zafira tourer is good. Just a bit longer than the zafira but both rows of seats accessible and still with plenty of boot space.

Just remember the galaxy / sharon / seat alambhra all the same car.

Worth looking at the seat you may get more bang for your buck.
