Well alright then I am slightly amused when dp does the dancing rabbit thing.
And he said he couldn't dance
And he was right
But aside from that
I missed the size 00 programme as dp and ds have taken to lying about what's on in order for me to say oh crap I'll go on mumsnet then...
So here is a place for all fellow Wii widows

I have a T shirt ( a bit small for me now) that says 'Playstaytion widow!'

Lact8 · 24/04/2007 13:49

I'm regularly booted out of the room by both DP and DS1.

DS1 had a Wii for xmas so they both play on that
DP has an XBox 360 so they both play on that
Then they both play Championship Manager, DP on PC and DS1 on laptop

Anyone else know anyone who plays CHamp Man? OMG it is painful, very nerdy, full of stats and Not To Be Mocked under any circumstances

Our playstation is now searching the lonely hearts column for someone to love it again.

If you can't beat them join them

Wii is great fun.. I bought one for myself last week.

Love it..

Even my DH (whom is normally very serious, non gamer type, played and enjoyed it)...

and yes you do look very silly when you are playing tennis, bowling etc, but great fun..

Piffle · 24/04/2007 14:05

Both dp and ds are complaining of muscle strains

join them, well they would have to get off it first...
And with a 4 wk old ds2, a dd (4) I'd rather kiss a baboons arse than play Wii in my "spare" time!!!!!!!!!

OP posts:
heiferCROCloather · 24/04/2007 14:11

Hell I don't play it in my 'spare time' I play it when I should be doing other stuff!

Enid · 24/04/2007 14:12

I want one

heiferCROCloather · 24/04/2007 14:18

get one (if you can)..

It's ace..

I have dropped about 15 years off me when I play it.. got really excited when I finally managed to order one (John lewis) and paid an extra tenner to get it delivered next day...

Go on you know you really really want to....

Lact8 · 24/04/2007 14:22

I can't do wii and

I tried Wii sports, I'm crap at baseball and boxing.

Had a mini strop and threw controller at DP when he tried to give me some advice

Enid · 24/04/2007 14:23

have loads of unfinished games for the PS2 though

well, two

Enid · 24/04/2007 14:23

oh and the gamecube (have not finished pikmin or zelda)

Piffle · 24/04/2007 14:24

Enid do you still have time to feed and nurture your dd's

OP posts:
Enid · 24/04/2007 14:36

I havent played much recently I must say

I play in the evenings when they are in bed

heiferCROCloather · 24/04/2007 14:57

I have hardly touched my PS2 since DD was born (3 yrs ago)...

But this is different, I can't imagine getting so engrossed in Wii Sports as other PS2 games I have played, so safer for me to start to play for 30 mins or so.
