Has anyone else had an issue with their tubs of Cadbury's Roses? In that the chocolates taste like they contain something similar to antifreeze or de-icer??
We got a tonne of chocolate for Christmas and finally got round to eating the Roses after lunch today - I chucked them at the kids who said they tasted weird. I tried one and literally spat it out - it tasted of chemicals and I felt as if fumes were coming out of my nostrils. DH thought I was exaggerating but had the exact same reaction as me. I'm actually worried my children are going to be ill but they only ate a couple each. Have tried contacting Cadbury's/Mondelez Customer Care but they are closed until Tuesday.
Just wondering if I'm the only one to experience this?!
