I am thinking of getting one for my ds2 for his 3rd birthday. He loves ride ons and is too big for the little plastic car we have. We have laminate floors and an open planish layout in our flat. They are pricey but look good.

Any thoughts?

they are fab ds2 had one when he was small (ladybird). iirc they come in two sizes with different age ranges.... check you get right size.

Yes, I would need the large sized one which is fine as I also have a 5 year old who will want to ride it Are they really sturdy and do they last a long time?

big thumbs up from us
we got the smaller one for DD when she was 2 and both DD now 3.5 and DS 18m ride on it,
i also can ride it, and it is great fun

my 5 year old still bombs around on my daughters small ladybird. They are soooo sturdy. Great buy.

We bought one for Ds2. He is totally indifferent to it. Ds1, however, loves it

Ds1 has one of the smaller ones and absolutely loves it and is on it nearly every day. They are expensive but you can get them alot cheaper on Ebay-that's where we bought ours.

Dd has the small ladybird and loves it - not learnt to climb on it to ride it yet, but will spend ages just pushing it round the house

Even if they don't play with them, they do look lovely
