Who wants a FREE makeover and photo shoot?

To cut a long story short, I won a free makeover and photo shoot in London back in December. Me and dp were going to go January, but decided not to. However, the company keeps ringing me up asking if I want to reschedule. As nice as it would be to have a nice photo taken of me and dp, we are both very camera shy so dont really want to do it plus we both cant get there together on a particular day as one of us is always busy, so I thought Id ask if any of you mumnetters would like to have it instead of me telling them to forget it.

It is just off Oxford Street in London (near Faith) where it will happen. I paid for dp to come along, so the photo shoot is for 2 people. You will be entitled to a free facial, makeover and photo shoot, but I think you have to pay for the photos yet you're not obliged to buy any. You could always just go along for the makeover and facial and they are open on Saturdays as well as during the week.

If you are interested, please let me know, and I can pass you on more details about it.

Sorry to be cynical but lots of folk 'win' these things. I did and went along. Got the works and then the pressure put on you to buy the photos is unbelievable. AND THEY ARE NOT CHEAP. This is how they make their money. In the end I bought just 6 pictures and the whole thing cost me best part of £200. I got the photos because basically I look hideous in any photos ever taken of me so as my mum was constantly begging me to give her a nice photo for the wall I thought I'd get a decent one. TBH the photos are OK but I certainly ain't photogenic and I think any money would be better spent going to a professional photographer who will do a better job. It also took me 3 days to wash the make up off as it was on an inch thick.
