I know this is a bit 'how long is a piece of string' but how much do you think it would cost to get a website set up with flash animation - as you can tell i don't know very much about it but I want to be able to control/change the content of the site weekly

also, the size of the site will affect the cost as will the time it takes to do the bugger

BIL and friend are website designers and they usually quote thousands
