Has anyone heard of it and how well does it do in safety surveys? I have one for my bike but was wondering about using it in the car. Aren't the US's Car seat test more stringent than ours?

nope, the US tests are less stringent than the EU ones, and a long way less stringent than the ones used by Which?

I'm trying to lay my hands on the study done by Consumer Reports (like a US version of Which?) on popular US seats but I can't track it down at the moment.
There's a blog post about it here , which suggests that the Graco Snugride and the Baby Trend Flex-Loc were the best ones they tested.
