Oh bother, I just bought something from Two Left Feet and then I did a search on here and found out they are a disaster

anyone used them recently? are they really that bad? aaaaaaaaaaghh, silly me - why didn't i look before i bought?!

They are a bit love 'em or hate 'em I think. I had a few issues with them but they redeemed themselves at the last minute.

If you can get to the showroom, I found the staff on the shopfloor extremely helpful. I'd personally be reluctant to order by internet again though.

I ordered a car seat from TLF which I received eventually but must admit that their "customer service" leaves a lot to be desired and I would certainly not use again. Fingers crossed your order will arrive and you'll have nothing to worry about
