The 'locking washer' or 'star washer' on the wheel has broken - has this happened to anyone else? Anyone know where I can get a small part - and avoid paying m&p lots to fix it

take it to a small hardward shop. they may be able to help or suggest someone who knows how to fix it.

www.Kiddicare.com may be able to help you??? They are based near Peterborough if that helps you at all..

The reason why I say this place is that we've bought loads of stuff from them and I know that they will try to repair stuff at the back if they can. If you haven't bought from there they still may be able to help. It's a long shot but hey!

have you tried to call M&P. Some sort of a bolt fell out of my Venezia a while ago and I rang M7P direct. I bought the Venezia from a dept store in London and not from them.
But they were so lovely and helpful and said they would pop whatever it was in the post. I received it 2days later.
No charge at all. So might be worth asking if its just a small bit you need.(Unless their policy has just changed)

The same bit went on my Graco double buggy, we phoned Graco and they sent several spares with no charge. Would have thought Mamas and Papas would do the same!
