DD has a Britax duo plus isofix or whatever they're called and it's obviously attached to the car . We're going on holiday soon and though we can hire a seat I was wondering about getting a 2nd one as a spare for holidays etc.

So, any recommendations for lightweight not too expensive car seat? I've tried searching for the which reports and all previous recommendations on here but they're mostly a couple of years out.

Or, should I just get a grip and take the isofix one with me or hire? Things i, some places are expensive to hire. I paid nearly £40 at Christmas just for 4 days

if i were you you mght as well get a safe and universally fitting car seat and i would suggest that the maxi cosi priori is one of the most universally fitting and safe group 1 car seats around!
