HUGGIES WIPES ARE TOTALLY USELESS AND ANNOYING

wheelybug · 12/04/2007 18:34

disagree - they are my wipes of choice.

bobsmum · 12/04/2007 18:36

Don't really use brand wipes, but huggies ones tend not to disintegrate in your hands.

PinkTulips · 12/04/2007 18:36

best of the lot imo.

only use them for the changing bag nowadays as i've switched to reuseable but huggies are definitely the nicest and least likely to bring dd out in a rash

Marne · 12/04/2007 18:39

We love huggies wipes, thicker than most and they dont smell as bad as others, they are the only wipes that dont bring dd1 up in a rash, they are also good at removing pen and greese.

DANCESwithaFewExtraPounds · 12/04/2007 18:39

ahem....agree or disagree

obviously I think they are bloody awful things though

disagree they are my favourite wipes and get more poo off a dirty bum than any other wipe

i LOVE them the best

mummyhill · 12/04/2007 18:57

Agree but then I use reusable wipes or cotton wool with plain water or cold chamomile tea as anything else brings ds out in a rash.

Trinityrhino · 12/04/2007 18:58

viticella · 12/04/2007 20:44

disagree, except when they all stick together in a big lump and won't peel off.

kittypants · 12/04/2007 20:44

agree

Cappuccino · 12/04/2007 20:46

disposable wipes are the devil's work

don't care about the brand

Hulababy · 12/04/2007 20:48

Agree. Johnsons are better.

We do have some washable wipes but DD uses them as flannels now she is older. Have wipes in for the odd day trip away though. Great for cleaning leather sofas too

ScoobyDooooo · 12/04/2007 21:29

agree would not even buy them if they are on offer, i think they are thick, dry & horrible, i use johnsons sensitive

dumbymummy · 12/04/2007 21:38

Agree. I think all HUGGIES products are shite, including their nappies.

HumphreysCorner · 12/04/2007 21:41

Yep-Huggies and me do not see eye to eye!

hunkermunker · 12/04/2007 21:43

Loathe Johnsons ones, loathe anything perfumed too - just smells of sickly shite, IMO.

Not massively keen on Huggies ones and Pampers ones get v soggy at the bottom of the pack. Tesco own brand are good though.

Winston · 12/04/2007 21:56

AGREE am the same as dumbymummy, I think all Huggies products are crap. I guess everyone is different and its like all baby products, some suit people better than others. Personally I rate Lidls wipes. More for your money and very good. After reading thread I am feeling rather guilty I am not using water and cotoon wool. I have to say to keep waste down I only use wipes for bottoms not cleaning up after meal time etc, warm flannel far easier.
